Return or Exchange Eligibility Window

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must not have been tambered with, 10ngah.com will verify if void sticks have been damaged.

 

RETURN POLICY

10ngah.com allows you to return your product within 14 days of delivery. They will be a 35 percent levy against the original price, if you have not used product. If product has been used refund will be in the form of a credit.

The following items are non-returnable:

If you break a all electronical product i.e. a phone, tablet, television or any electronical component, you can no longer return the item or receive a refund or credit. Broken items are definied as products damaged with water, fire, electrical surges, or products which have been opened with force or damaged by force (trying to fix a product without proper tools, damaging void seals). All clothing articles cannot be returned, these include jewerly, shoes, undergarmets, and general cloths, and bags.

 

Warranty:

All 10ngah.com products carry a one year warranty. If product is defective we will pick it up and have it analyzed to be fixed, if it cannot be fixed we will immediately issue a replacement. Warranty does not cover products damaged with water, fire, electrical surges, or products which have been opened with force or damaged by force (trying to fix a product without proper tools, damaging void seals).

Threats Due to Defective Items or Returns

ANY THREATS TOWARDS 10ngah.com or any of its employees will be treated with the ought most seriousness and will be taken at face value. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any warranties and will also report those threats to the relevant authorities.
