The following return policy applies to domestic orders only.

Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide instant insider access to top designer labels and coveted products at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned or returned for credit. To make the process easier for our valued members, we've broken down the details on what exactly is returnable and when you can expect to receive cash back or 10ngah.com credit. You can return the following items:

All sized items, which includes clothing, footwear, and belts unless the item is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.

The following items are non-returnable:

All non-sized items, including handbags, ties, toys, and more are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please check the individual product page carefully. The return availability status is also noted on each product in your cart at checkout within the terms and conditions.

Returns and Credits

10ngah.com allows you to return your product within 14 Days of Delivery. They will be a 30 percent levy against the original price. If product has been used refund will be in the form of 10ngah.com Credit and if product has significant wear and tear 10ngah.com reserves the right to refuse and return the product without any form of credit. If product has not been used refund will be in the form of the store credit minus the 30 percent restocking charge (If warranted 10ngah has the right to waive this restocking charge).

10ngah reserves the right to issue original form of payment refunds at its discretion. These refunds have a 30% restocking charge. 

10ngah Credits may be used on 10ngah.com and its affiliate 10ngah sites. 10ngah Credits may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

10ngah Credits cannot be transferred to any other monetary form of payment or transferred to other users.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact customerservice@10ngah.com and you will receive your refund in 10ngah Credits.

Exchanges

Due to the global inflation crisis which started during the Covid Pandemic 10ngah reserves the right to immediately cancel your order in case of a significant change of the USD Exchange in relation to the Zimbabwean Dollar or South African Rand. If the foreign currency rate of the Zimbabwean Dollar or South African Dollar moves more than .075 percent on the official exchanges, 10ngah deems this to be significant enough to warrant an order cancellation. In addition, customers must immediately send us proof of payment after their order to help us manage foreign currency risk. Payments for orders must be done by 8PM on the same day of purchase and a Proof of Payment emailed to payments@10ngah or Whatsapp Message sent to +263 73 527 6570.

Return or Exchange Eligibility Window

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.

Delivery Fee

Customer reverses the right to reject a delivery; however, delivery fee will be the responsibility of the customer, particularly orders which are made by the customer individually. 10ngah.com reserves the right to cancel delivery fee at any time. 10ngah.com gives customer up to three weeks to remit delivery fee to 10ngah.com, at which point we will formally start legal collection procedures to get collect the delivery fee. All charges associated with the collection of the delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
